Compliance Certification

- Gas appliances such as stoves, fireplaces, and geysers; and

Distribution Board Rewiring
Shoddy work done by many electrical contractors can cost you your home. It often starts with the distribution board. In the event of a catastrophic fire, insurers will ask for a compliance certificate.
If you cannot produce a valid CoC, you could face the prospect of losing everything, without insurance compensation.

How effective is a solar installation?
This depends on your daily electricity consumption. The idea is not always to go completely off-grid. This is not a realistic expectation. While your home can be powered by solar panels, the size of the inverter, battery and number of panels, as well as the available sunlight, may affect how much energy can be accumulated and utilised.

Will you supply me with a CoC (Certificate of Compliance)?
Yes. We often issue compliance certificates should owners wish to sell their property. We inspect the current installation, request changes or fixes, and then issue a certificate once we are satisfied that all requirements have been met. Typical areas that require a CoC are the following: electrical; gas (stoves, fireplaces, and geysers); and electric fencing. All solar installations are accompanied by a CoC.

You did work for me but there are still issues. What happens now?
It sometimes happens that a fault is triggered by another part of the system, somewhere else in the home. We will return to your home, investigate and isolate the problem, and then use that as the departure point to be fixed.
